Overall Murals, Inc. is an Outdoor Advertising Company specializing in large-scale, hand-painted advertising murals. Based in Brooklyn since 2010, Overall Murals is expanding and seeking new talent to help lead our growth.

DUTIES

​

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage with our audience, and drive business growth.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies in alignment with the company's marketing objectives.

Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including written copy, images, and videos.

Monitor and manage social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.

Utilize social media analytics tools to track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms to identify new opportunities for brand promotion.

Establish and maintain relationships with influencers and industry partners for collaborations and sponsored campaigns.

Actively monitor and address any potential social media crises or negative feedback, implementing effective crisis management strategies.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, public relations, and customer service, to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.

Assist with updating our schedule with upcoming campaigns

Stay informed about the latest social media best practices and platform updates, incorporating them into strategies and tactics.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premier Pro) or equivalent digital media editing tools a plus

2-3 years of experience with B2C/B2b social media marketing or content development

Direct experience using social media management tools (Hootsuite)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.

Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive insights, and decision-making, and create reports on key metrics.

Experience: 1-2 years experience in an office or administrative role, preferably in a startup environment

Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)

Strong creative thinking and content creation abilities.

Experience with social media advertising and campaign management.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and industry developments.
