OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented National Sales Account Executive to join our expanding and successful sales team at a fast growing, innovative, and creative OOH media company, with HQ in Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organization skills, be entrepreneurial in spirit, and think strategically in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
This position will work closely with and report to our VP of Sales, East Coast. We are seeking an individual with 3-5 years OOH sales or agency experience who will grow our business coming out of the Chicago market and other secondary markets. Expectations are to strategize, deliver, and grow sales and revenue. Success in this role can lead to greater opportunities in billings and experience within the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

Maintain and grow the current client book of business originating from the Chicago market as well as other markets as assigned.

Make sales calls to new and existing clients

Prepare presentations and meet with clients to educate our company’s offerings

Fully research and learn everything about our inventory locations to intelligently sell and secure new business, while growing our current business goals

Ability to meet with and entertain clients to build rapport and relationships

Respond and follow up to all incoming RFPs strategically and in an urgent manner

Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contracting to production (including quality checks as required) and administrative functions from start to finish

Collaborate, innovate and work with VP Sales and internal company departments: including but not limited to marketing, production and senior management

Monitor competitors, market conditions and development

Hit sales goals by implementing smart and innovative sales strategies

Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management

Ability to travel to New York, Chicago, and other markets when needed
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
-
Minimum 3-5 years experience in OOH media (agency or media company)

Bachelor’s degree

Strong computer experience (MS Office, Mac OS, Google Suite, Slack, and CRM platforms)

Enthusiastic self-starter with superior organization skills

Analytical thinker with ability to quickly assess unfamiliar or unexpected situations and offer creative solutions

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and translate client needs into a viable media plan

Ability to be persuasive and effective with negotiations

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including possesses presentation experience
