BRIEF

To promote HBO Max's U.S. Against the World documentary series ahead of the FIFA World Cup, Overall Murals hand-painted a large-scale mural in Los Angeles' iconic Melrose district. Featuring several of the U.S. Men's National Team's biggest stars, the installation brought the energy, ambition, and national pride captured in the series directly to the streets, generating excitement for both the documentary premiere and the road to the World Cup.

BUILD

Our artists transformed a prominent Melrose corner into a hand-painted tribute to the USMNT, using a bold red, white, and blue composition that celebrated the team's journey toward soccer's biggest stage. Positioned within one of Los Angeles' most culturally influential neighborhoods, the mural connected HBO Max's storytelling with a passionate community of sports fans and pedestrians.

REVEAL

Our artists hand painted a dynamic portrait mural featuring several of the team's biggest stars in a bold red, white, and blue palette. Positioned in one of Los Angeles' most visible cultural corridors, the installation connected HBO Max's storytelling with the energy of World Cup anticipation.

IMPACT

Over its five-week run, the mural generated 869,050 impressions, delivering sustained visibility for HBO Max while capturing the growing excitement surrounding the U.S. Men's National Team and the upcoming World Cup.
